東北イノベーション人材育成コンソーシアムに参画している大学（東北学院大学、東北工業大学、宮城学院女子大学、東北福祉大学、東北大学）に正規生として在籍している学部・大学院の留学生であること（2020年10月1日からの在籍予定を含む）。
Regular course student of one of the universities that are a part of Tohoku Innovation Human Resource Development Consortium (Tohoku Gakuin University, Tohoku Industrial University, Miyagi Gakuin Women’s University, Tohoku Fukushi University, Tohoku University), including students that will enter one of the aforementioned schools from October of 2020.
